Reminder: This same guidelines/rubric will be used to assess your BE5-9 Mind Maps/Presentation.

msmanley:

Attached you will find the rubric for the presentation of your mind map.  Your mind map itself will be assessed using the ACCEPT criteria.

I decided to post this here in case you wanted to go back to the original to review.

5/3 - As of right now, this is very much a rough work in progress.  However, I upload it so you can see specifically what I will be looking for in the speech.  Most of the things which you have already mastered earlier in the year.  I will let you know when this is finalized.

5/9 - It’s finalized!  I may make some final formatting edits, but everything that you will be assessed on is in here.  PLEASE look at this before Thursday and ask any questions you have before then.

World History: Four Perspectives Individual Questions

Write in response to:

1.  Which of the other three roles/perspectives came closest to yours in deciding what was positive and what was negative?  What did you have in common with that other role?

2.  Choose a final scenario and write how all four perspectives might feel about it (positive/negative/in-between) and why.  (Feel free to consult with a peer to gain a clearer understanding of the other perspectives: colonized people, socialists, imperial powers, empire builders.)
